Twitter Releases #Music App to iOS
Supporting rumors last month, Twitter has officially released a new free application in the App Store called #music that allows you to be more social with the music you’re interested in and/or listening to via your iOS device.
Twitter’s #music application lets you follow artists and see who they're following, preview new songs, and Tweet about what you’re listening to on Twitter for your followers to see. The application comes with iTunes, Rdio, and Spotify integration for your music-listening pleasure.
By using the Twitter charts feature, you can keep track of the most popular artists and music to date. The whole application offers an eye-candy experience and a fun, fluid interface for perusing your favorite music to your heart’s content. It's also a great application for music discovery.
The application is universal for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. A web version of the application is also being launched via this link.
#NowPlaying lets you view and listen to the songs that have been tweeted by the artists and people you follow.
